Swingframe Manufactured Display Products will be shipped from our manufacturing and warehouse facility in Freeport, New York 11520. Other products will be shipped directly from our vendor partner warehouse facilities located throughout North America and abroad. We work with a variety of carriers from small parcel shippers, such as Fedex and UPS to large ground and air freight companies. We look for shippers that offer the lowest shipping prices AND who remain responsible for the safe and secure delivery of your items throughout the entire shipping process. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

3.    Have the following information ready to provide:

       A) Total Quantity

       B) The Item / Model ID

       C) The Province and Postal Code the item(s) is being shipped to

We’ll calculate the total landed, to-your-door delivery costs so you won’t incur additional charges upon receipt of your items. Please note, however, White Glove Delivery Service is not always available to all deliveries in Canada.

UPS / FedEx Lead Time

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that this service requires additional time in-transit for completed deliveries. This is due to factors such as your specific location, customs inspection and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. You can estimate the number of days to receive your order by simply adding 7 days to the range of days the item says is required to complete U.S.A. domestic deliveries (posted on our website). Expedited Shipping to Canadian addresses is currently not available.

Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time

Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered by a freight carrier. Standard freight service includes delivery of your order curbside only. As stated previously, White Glove Delivery service may not be available. Standard ground freight delivery to Canada requires an additional 10 business days from the range of days the product says it requires to complete U.S.A. domestic deliveries (posted on our website).

Cancellations

Our standard terms noted on our Terms of Service or Ordering Information page apply for all Canadian orders.

Returns

Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all orders that ship to Canada. All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy. Please note: duties and GST will be refunded, however, all actual shipping costs and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
