Patented Swing-Open Wall Display Case
The SwingFrame Designer Wood Shadow Box Case is a patented display case with hidden hinges and a gravity lock that slides up and down behind the custom wood front picture frame. Once wall-mounted, you can't tell that the enclosed wood shadow box swings open. Slide the gravity lock up, swing the frame open, and change or rearrange the items displayed.

Locking Shadow Box: If your location has security concerns, we can install an optional side-mounted plunge lock with a key to secure the contents of your shadow box. The gravity lock stays in place, providing your displayed item with double-locking protection.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, we must be notified within 20 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 20 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.
Once an order is placed into production a 25% restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of labor and/or materials that have been cut down for your order.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted without such authorization.
International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.
