BACKING BOARD ORDERING OPTIONS
The backing board is used for placing your typical thin sheet poster, photo or
artwork onto, to keep your graphic rigid. The various options, with benefits are below;
If you choose NO BACKER BOARD, and plan on using the frame
without installing your own backer, we strongly recommend that your
thin printed sheet be mounted on any type of rigid board.
Placing a thin poster into a frame without a backer board is not ideal.
Economy Corrugated Cardboard Backer:
- This brown cardboard backer is an ideal budget conscious option.
Foam Board (Foamcore) Backer:
- Foam Board has a higher level of protection than corrugated cardboard.
- Its white finish preserves the integrity of translucent photos well
- Is a perfect substrate for dry mounting objects to the backing
Acid-Free Foam Board (Archival):
- When preservation is the primary concern, this is the best option for protection.
- This is an ideal choice for all frame sizes which are displaying items of
personal or monetary value.
- Examples: Vintage Family Photo's, Expensive Artwork, and Historic
& Heirloom Documents
ACRYLIC ORDERING OPTIONS
We use acrylic for our frame windows. It's half the weight of glass
while providing the same clarity.
If you choose NO ACRYLIC, and plan on using the frame
without inserting your own acrylic or glass window, we strongly recommend
your graphic be mounted onto a board to keep it rigid. Placing a thin
poster into a frame without an acrylic is not ideal.
Economy Clear Acrylic:
- Strong lightweight acrylic provides a clear viewing window.
- This is an ideal economical choice for small to mid size frames.
Premium Clear Acrylic:
- This is a thicker more durable acrylic option than the Economy Acrylic.
- This is an ideal choice for mid size frames to large format frames
- Strong lightweight acrylic provides a clear viewing window.
Non-Glare Acrylic:
- This acrylic reduces glare from natural sunlight or artificial light.
- This is an ideal choice for all frame sizes which are near windows or
under direct overhead lighting
Break Resistant Acrylic:
- This high impact acrylic, perfect for high traffic or public environments.
UV Protective (Ultra-Violet) Archival Acrylic:

Protective Overlay and Backing Board, You have Options! To protect your 12x18 movie poster print from the everyday elements, we offer a choice of a Clear, Non-Glare or Break Resistant Overlay. If your poster is not already mounted on a board, we offer a Cardboard, White Foam Board, and ACID-FREE Foam Board to keep your movie poster flat. SwingFrame Manufacturing, a division of Access Display Group, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of shipment or original installation.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned (address below) by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection:

SwingFrame Mfg. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original installation of the product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to 90 days from date of shipment or original installation. SwingFrame Manufacturing shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 25% restock fee and any return shipping costs. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
For all products designed and manufactured by SwingFrame Mfg...orders exceeding $2,500 dollars or any customized product orders are non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Factors that affect transit time are your specific delivery location, customs inspection, and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Tailgate Service) ($0.00)
Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
