Who is Displays4Sale?

Displays4Sales is a new online, e-commerce display company and a division of
Access Display Group, Inc., (ADG). The parent company, ADG, has been in
business since 1992 and designs and fabricates numerous display products in its
manufacturing facility in Freeport, New York.

Its patented SwingFrame line of, swing-open, rapid change poster frames, sign
holders, shadowboxes, floorstands, light boxes, enclosed bulletin boards, and
other displays including Top/Side Loader frames and Snap Frames can now be
ordered directly and easily online. In addition, partnering with other select
display Manufacturers, Displays4Sale offers other high-quality displays for all
kinds of applications and industries: Retail Stores, Corporate Offices,
Institutions: Educational, Financial, Healthcare Facilities, Hospitality, Food
Service/Restaurants.

Does Displays4Sale have a catalog?

Displays4Sales is strictly an online E-Commece Website. All products featured
have sizes, colors, pricing, shipping information, etc... associated with those
products to help you decide on the best display to fit your specific
application, design and décor needs.

We do not have a showroom, but our office serves as a working showroom. You are

How are display products delivered?

That depends on the item, its weight and size. Methods include UPS, Fedex, and
varying freight carriers. On each product page you can see how that item will
be shipped.

How much is my delivery?

Standard Fedex and UPS Delivery charges will apply to many of the products we
offer. Prices vary based on product size, weight, shipping origin and selected
service.

Larger and oversize items as well as volume orders require Freight Delivery.
Rates generally run 15-20% of the merchandise price; however, Displays4Sale
offers FREE Basic Freight (tailgate delivery). If inside delivery or other
services are required, a fee will apply to your order based on the level of
service requested. These additional services and fees will be listed when you
order online.

When will my product arrive?

Delivery is determined by many factors, including availability and warehouse
location. On each product page you can see how long a product usually takes to
ship, then add on the transit time.

Can product lead times be expedited?

Faster delivery may be available for certain standard products in many areas.

Can products be custom designed?

Our business was built on providing custom designed display products. Many of
the SwingFrame products can be modified in size, color, finish, and depth.
Additional elements, such as fabric, acrylic and lights are just a sampling of

What forms of payment does Displays4Sale accept?

We accpet VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal and Pre-Paid Checks

How do I qualify for Net Terms?

You will need to call us to apply for Net Terms. If you qualify, credit may be
established after the first order. Satisfactory rating with Dun and Bradstreet
and other criteria determine your credit status with Displays4Sale. After
acceptance, simply place an order at our web site and select Net Terms on the
Payment Information page when going through the checkout process.

Does Displays4Sale accept Purchase Orders?

Yes we accept Purchase Orders. If you are a government agency, school /
university, institution or hospital / healthcare facility we will streamline
the approval process as long as a Purchase Order is emailed or faxed to our
attention. All other customers will have to apply for Net Terms (see above).

Are volume discounts available?

Volume discounts are available and vary depending on the product and the dollar
amount of the purchase. Call 800-289-1539 for details or to be provided with a

Products & Ordering

How do I place an order?

Besides ordering through our easy-to-use website, you can speak to one of our
display specialists or fax over an order.

Are color samples available?

Yes, but they may not be available for all products. Call our sales
representatives. Small sample wood and metal frame mouldings, profile colors
and finishes, profile and matboard specifiers, laminated color chips, fabric
and substrates are available for SwingFrame display products, and many other
displays. Samples will be sent via UPS, Fedex, USPS or best way. You will be
charged for the shipping costs. If you so choose, we will gladly use your
shipping account number as per your instructions.

Does Displays4Sale sell other products not listed?

We have access to many items that are not shown on our website. Custom orders
are our specialty. Simply call or e-mail our sales department and we will help
you find the items requested.

Can Displays4Sale arrange for product assembly assistance?

Arrangements may be made but will depend on the item’s size and weight
and where you’re located. Many items are simple to assemble or install by
either you or perhaps by someone within your company facility or residence
that’s handy. Premium delivery service (White Glove); can be ordered.
This is where a large item can be freight delivered, unpacked and placed in a
desired located.

Service After Sale

How do I return my order?

Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please call
800-289-1539 and a Customer Service representative will assess the situation,
and if need be, issue a return authorization.

Does Displays4Sale sell replacement parts for our products?

Many of the Display products we offer are guaranteed for workmanship and
materials (not including normal wear). Any warrantees or guarantees that are
provided by any of our vendors will be listed on the products page.

What is Displays4Sale return policy?

Returns and cancellations after shipment must be authorized in advance and are
subject to round trip shipping charges as well as subject to a restocking
charge.
